Making my own cheese

Well the weather has been fabulous so we have been getting out and about a lot. Today we went to a market. There was the usual assortment of stuff on offer, but I also came across something I haven't seen before - a cheese making kit from Mad Millie.

This really intrigued me and I ummed and ahhed over all the different types of cheese. The sample feta that they had there was just amazing. In the end my mother bought me the Camembert kit as a special present. My awesome Mum!

Getting the kit home, the instructions look a little more complicated than they said it was, but I think I can give it a good attempt.

Over the next few days I'll give it a try and let you know how it goes. Have you tried making cheese? Does it sound interesting?
